  • Research summary

As part of an NIHR funded study to examine parents' opinions about traditional versus less invasive autopsies in fetuses and children, we need to derive data regarding what proportion of post-mortem examinations in this population would be potential eligible for a less invasive approach. We therefore wish to search an existing, currently used, secure GOSH research database which holds autopsy details of cases performed at the hospital since 1995. This database allows analysis of non-identifiable information for all cases, identified in the database by unique database id key only.
