Research summary
This research will give an insight into the symptoms of ADHD experienced by menopausal women and whether these have worsened since starting menopause and how these women can be supported better by services with regards to the diagnosis and management of their symptoms. The study may give some insight into the women’s perspectives of care received so far and why they have not sought help for a diagnosis or management previously. This may possibly lead to improved healthcare for women in the field of ADHD and menopause.
