  This research project aims to investigate whether the condition Type 1 Diabetes has an effect on how a person perceives their own memory ability, and how it effects the person’s actual memory. Currently there are no studies investigating subjective and objective memory in Type 1 diabetes. This study will attempt to investigate this gap in scientific knowledge. The findings of the research could be used to inform psychoeducation highlighting the importance of managing diabetes more effectively.
