  Radiotherapy treatment planning currently requires manual contouring of tumour and the normal tissue structures which is time-consuming and often the largest source of error. Advanced machine learning techniques have the potential to speed up the process and improve accuracy. This study will use anonymised radiotherapy imaging taken as routine clinical care from previous treatments for gynaecological and rectal tumours to train and validate autosegmentation of tumour and organs at risk.
