  The objective of this clinical investigation is to evaluate the clinical benefits of left ventricle (LV - main pumping chamber of the heart)only pacing combined with automatic adjustment of AV timing (time delay between contraction of the small primer pumping chamber and contraction of the main pumping chamber) (SyncAVTM) in patients receiving cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT - coordinating contraction of the right and left main pumping chambers of the heart) after 6 months of therapy.
