    The study aims to investigate the symptoms of long COVID, their impact on quality of life, and management outcomes among individuals with the disease condition in the Croydon London Borough Council. This study is of great relevance and importance to patients and the public. Long COVID is a condition where individuals experience a range of symptoms for weeks or months after being infected with COVID-19. Understanding the symptoms and their impact on quality of life will help healthcare professionals provide better care and support for patients with long COVID. The management outcomes of individuals with long COVID are also important to understand as it can help inform treatment options and improve patient outcomes. This study will provide valuable insights into the experiences of individuals with long COVID in Croydon London Borough Council with diverse populations and help inform public health policies and interventions.
    The study participants are adult patients over 18 years old who have been attending Croydon University Hospital London as long COVID patients. The study lasts from April 15th, 2024, to April 30th, 2025. At the initial contact and subsequent follow-ups, the study participants will be administered a questionnaire on the symptoms and management of long COVID and quality of life. The follow-up questionnaire will be administered at 3 months and 6 months intervals after the initial contact with the study participants.
