    This study uses a qualitative approach where patients will engage in a short interview with the researcher. This will be completed in a Medium Secure Forensic Unit with mental health and learning disability patients.
    Aim: To explore what understanding patients in a medium secure unit (MSU) have around physical health and healthy living.
    Objectives:
    1.To explore what understanding patients using forensic services have on subjects such as healthy eating, obesity, smoking (ban) and their own physical health.
    2.To identify what motivates/de-motivates patients in making healthy lifestyle choices.
    3.To identify ways to promote patient’s ability to improve their own lifestyle choices.
