  This protocol outlines prospective serosurveillance of confirmed PCR positive Monkeypox cases in England as well as those that have been vaccinated using Imvanex.

  This study will aid understanding of the immunological response to Monkeypox infection and how antibody titres may wane over time. It may also provide insight into the protection afforded by vaccination compared with natural infection.
