  • Research summary

We want to identify a subset of British South Asian individuals at low, intermediate and high genetic risk for coronary heart disease (CHD) to investigate how their transcriptomic profile could advance the overall prediction for CHD through advanced machine learning and AI algorithms. Our aim is to develop an innovative diagnostic method to further the personalised diagnostic ability for CVD risk ensuring its performance in South-Asians. We intend to recall individuals that are already participants of the Genes and Health Study.
