• Research summary

  We will perform a single centre study, involving 50 healthy participants. Participants will have blood samples to assess how the blood’s normal clotting mechanism changes over time. Blood samples (30 ml at each visit) will be taken in the morning and evening on the same day to assess for diurnal variation and also, for a subset of 20 participants, on a once weekly basis for 4 weeks to assess for variation in clotting over time.
