  The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of initiating CGM in UK and Ireland primary care settings for individuals living with type 2 diabetes mellitus who are on insulin therapy. Specifically, it aims to determine whether CGM improves glycaemic control and enhances satisfaction among both patients and HCPs and to assess the feasibility of CGM implementation in terms of simplicity, speed, and minimal disruption to clinical workflow
