    This study aims to 1.) Explore the role of psychosocial factors in Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) and 2.) Provide a 6 week online group workshop providing Attention Based Training for patients with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria. Attention Based training is an evidence based, positive health technique based in positive psychology and mantra meditation. This work shop aims to compliment current guidelines for CSU treatment, and provide support in symptom management.
