Research summary
Randomised Clinical Trial on the effect of dietary intervention on the progression of tooth wear. To investigate if enhanced dietary advice delivered to patients is effective at inducing a change in diet and thus preventing the progression of tooth wear.
The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of dietary advice on the progression of tooth wear over 6 months using a randomised clinical trial design. The null hypothesis is that enhanced dietary intervention has no effect on dietary behaviour and hence, on the progression of tooth wear.
