• Research summary

  To assess mutational burden in individual HSPCs from foetal tissues and to reconstruct phylogenetic tree of foetal development. By using whole genome sequencing (WGS) of single-cell derived blood colonies, we will catalogue all somatically-acquired mutations in hundreds of foetal progenitors. We will determine the precise timing of their acquisition during development and reconstruct clonal relationships of foetal cell populations.
