  • Research summary

Low oxygen (hypoxia) in tumours leads to worse patient response and survival. We are aiming to investigate how this might occur. Previous studies in multiple tumour types have linked hypoxia with increasing genetic alterations. We will be using a novel technology to look at the relationship between areas of hypoxia and genetic alterations in those regions.
