  This study is to find out how much questionnaires which measure quality of life (how people feel) and fatigue (tiredness) vary over a period of time. The study will involve asking patients to complete questionnaires on three occasions. The first visit will be done when participants attend the hospital for a clinical other reason and the other questionnaires will be completed at home.
