Research summary
The main purpose of HD-CSF study is to collect cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), the fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. We will use this CSF to study Huntington’s disease (HD). CSF can be used to provide information about the brain and the nervous system that is impossible to obtain in any other way. CSF is collected by a procedure called a lumbar puncture or spinal tap.
