Research summary
The project is about comparing two different physiotherapy protocols to help with wrist pain and instability symptoms (such as painful clunking. We have reason to believe that a newly devised group of exercises may be better than the exercise regiment that we use at present and we would like to undertake a prospective single blind study to compare the two on a group of patients who have been diagnosed as suffering from the condition knows as scapholunate instability.
