Research summary
Using the sperm samples available from the HABSelect trial as they were frozen and stored at the time for analysis, which are anonymised but have full outcome related data available, we will assess different sperm-based markers for their relation to treatment success or sperm selection method of action. This will have particular relevance to miscarriage which was 40% different between the two trial arms.
