Research summary
This project aims to determine the public perception of using genomic risk and other risk factors to offer a more personalised approach to screening for AAA and how this risk should be communicated from the perspective of those who would be invited for screening. This will be split into two work packages. Work package one will involve interviews about how the public feel about the possibility of using genomic risk assessments in the pathways and invitations for AAA screening. Work package 2 will use this information and feedback for a co-design process to develop communication methods and documents including a decision support tool using think-aloud testing and structured feedback
