  The study aims to examine survivorship challenges in Gastrointestinal stromal tumour (GIST) patients with unresectable and metastatic disease undergoing Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) treatment, consisting of two parts:

  - Part A: A retrospective cross-sectional study to assess the prevalence of Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) issues in GIST patients on long-term (≥5 years) TKI treatment and identify associated factors.
  
  - Part B: A prospective observational cohort study to establish a registry of advanced metastatic GIST patients treated with first and second-line TKIs for at least two years. The goal is to identify key HRQoL survivorship issues, long-term adverse effects, and factors contributing to prolonged response and survival.
