  • Data collection arrangements

We routinely perform a method that analyses abnormal signals within the heart known and functional substrate mapping. This helps better target regions of the heart that require treatment to prevent abnormal heart rhythms.

We want to assess the long term outcomes of this method in real world practice as part of a registry.

Data to be stored on a secure password protected anonolysed database in line with trust guidance.

We will collect the following data:

    • Freedom from VT/AF AT 12 MONTHS
    • Mortality
    • ICD shocks/ATP for VT/Sustained symptomatic VT
    • LV function on echocardiography pre-randomisation and at 6 months post 1st change in medical therapy or ablation
    • NSVT events
    • Hospitalisations
    • AF Burden
    • Repeat Procedures

And store it on a database for analysis.
