    FrailTools is a European study which is designed to determine the most appropriate measurement tools (scales) for: (i) screening for "frailty" and (ii)diagnosing "frailty" in a series of clinical and social care settings. The settings to be studied are: In-patient Care; Hospital Outpatients; General Practice; and Care/Nursing Homes.

    Use of the tools to monitor the progression of "frailty" and between the care settings will also be studied.
