Research summary
The purpose of the project is to examine the experiences of fathers when their partner is receiving treatment under perinatal mental health services. Specific topics will include the impact that this has on fathers’ wellbeing, parenting and the parents’ relationship. Data will be gathered via interviews concerning these topics and the project will be conducted over a period of two months. This study is being undertaken as part of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
