Research summary
The study is a series of interviews that aims to explore the lived experiences of women who are participating/have participated in the physical activities provided through the Everton in the Community – Girls on Side initiative in 2017. This initiative has been developed in collaboration with Mersey Care NHS Trust for women accessing their mental health services. It is envisaged by exploring the experiences of these women we can learn more about their journey towards increasing physical activity and the outcomes, both negative and positive of that.
