  • Research summary

This proposal is for a stage 1 proof of concept feasibility study. The study will assess Quality of Life (QoL) and metabolic risk in individuals with chronic Hepatitis C (CHC), and, evaluate the acceptability of an exercise and diet orientated lifestyle intervention for improving QoL and metabolic risk within this cohort. We plan to use the results from this study to inform a large scale research-driven and patient-informed longitudinal exercise-nutrition intervention targeted at QoL and metabolic risk status in CHC.
