  This is an observational study involving patients with advanced Parkinson's Disease who have been prescribed DUODOPA by their doctor. The study will observe how effective DUODOPA is in reducing the amount of time that patients experience phases of decreased and impaired mobility. Patients will be observed for up to 3 years.
