Research summary
The purpose of this study is to test a smartphone application which measures range of movement. Patients who are under the care of Medway NHS Foundation Trust's Surgical Patient Enhancement Team (SPET) will be approached to participate in the study. Those who give their informed consent will use a smartphone application to measure their range of movement whilst performing their physiotherapy exercises in their home. Range of movement will also be assessed using a standard measure (a goniometer) during their home visits.
