Research summary
The study aims to see if an individuals working memory ability can predict the benefit they gain from hearing aids. The working memory of new hearing aid users will be assessed using a reading span task before their hearing aid fitting, hearing aid benefit will be assessed by a self-report questionnaire (used in routine practice).
