  • Research summary

This is a single arm observational registry that aims to describe outcomes for patients who have chronic total occlusions (CTOs) of coronary arteries who are treated using modern techniques and completely absorbable stents. Historically, stents that have been implanted in coronary arteries for narrowing or complete blockages have been made from metal. This study will examine the commercially available and CE marked Absorb Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold (BVS) when it is implanted to treat a coronary CTO.
