    The pilot study (CALATART)demonstrated that it is possible to detect a molecule in the arteries of the leg that has been shown to reduce the bodies ability to grow new blood vessels. The study is designed to see if in healthy vessels and in differing medical conditions if a variation in the molecules expression can be identified.
