  This study will explore what patients and healthcare professionals need in terms of accessing and supporting long-term follow up services in the community after bariatric surgery.Interviews and surveys will be conducted with bariatric surgical patients and healthcare professionals to explore their views around long term follow up services. The results of this research will be used to inform the development of a long term follow up service for bariatric patients living in Sunderland.
