Research summary
The emergence and spread of SARS-nCoV-2 requires the urgent development of rapid, diagnostics to rapidly identify those infected and support surveillance. Within this project we will adapt an existing diagnostic technology. The technology will be assessed to ensure it accurately identifies both negative and positive SARS-nCoV-2 samples. The accuracy will be determined by comparing the results to those obtained using currently available methods.
