What is the research question?
In systemic studies apelin and relaxin will be infused into systemic circulation to investigate their effect on heart and blood glucose level.
In forearm blood flow studies (FBF), relaxin will be infused into brachial artery to investigate its mechanism of action. Apelin and relaxin will be investigated in FBF to establish their combined effects on vasomotor tone in healthy participants.What is being studied?

There are 3 different populations being looked at for this study. Healthy participants, participants with increased weight, and participants with Type 2 Diabetes MellitusWhere will the study take place?
