  • Research summary

The study aims to consider whether adding a smartphone application (DBT Coach App) to an existing treatment of the Adolescent-Dialectical Behavioural Skills Group Therapy (DBT-A) for young people, would be useful and helpful for young people to practice their DBT skills. We are also interested in whether using the DBT Coach App is related to changes in symptoms of emerging BPD before and after the treatment group. We will be collecting feedback in a form of exit interviews from the participants and the participating clinicians based on their experience of using the app.
