Research summary
This is a blood sample collection study to provide samples for the research, development, evaluation and calibration of new in vitro diagnostic tests that can be used by healthcare professionals for diagnosis and management of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, infection, or kidney disease. Patients attending hospital who are 18 years or older are asked to provide venous blood sample or capillary (fingerstick) blood samples for research.
