Research summary
This is a cross-sectional, non-interventional qualitative study aiming to interview patients who have participated in the CSL222_3001 clinical trial to understand the patient experience, decision-making, and treatment satisfaction of hemophilia B patients.
The CSL222_3001 HOPE-B clinical trial is a phase 3, open label, single-dose, multi-center, multi-national, study to evaluate the efficacy of etranacogene dezaparvovec gene therapy and to further describe its safety profile in male patients aged 18 years and older with hemophilia B.
Patients in the present study will have completed the HOPE B trial after 60 months of follow-up before being invited to take part in this qualitative study.
