• Data collection arrangements

  These data will be obtained in the course of healthcare provision, for example Orthodontic treatment routinely involves collection of radiographic, study model and photographic data before, during and after treatment.

  Database will be password protected on a single server. Access will be limited to those who successfully apply through formal channels. GCP training will be provided, including instruction on data access and confidentiality. Regulations regarding secure storage of anonymous data will be in place and approval of further studies will be the remit of the access committee on behalf of the dental school research committee

  Data in anonymised format (non CHI and other PII) will only be transferred with the express approval of the Data Controller and with an appropriate Data Transfer Agreement
