• Research summary

  The study aims to assess the health outcomes of those front line Doctors dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak. It will focus on Doctors woking in high impact areas, the Emergency Department, Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine. \n\nWe will use a survey study design, utilising 3 cross-sectional surveys over the three phases of the COVID-19 outbreak:\n•\tPhase 1: Acceleration Survey, administered at 0 months to characterise baseline values\n•\tPhase 2: Peak Survey to characterise values at the time of maximum activity\n•\tPhase 3: Deceleration Survey, administered at 3 months\n\nThis will help us understand the physical and psychological impact on Doctors in both the short and long term.
