Patients who meet the eligibility criteria for inclusion in the study,(determined by age and gender) will be contacted by post and asked if they would be prepared to voluntarilty participate in an anonymous on-line survey about their contraceptive practices. This should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. The results will be analysed to understand current contraceptive practices of bariatric patients and direct further research into this area.
