Research summary
This research aims to find out whether the number and the position of teeth being replaced by a partial removable denture (i.e a set of false teeth that is used in a patient who has some natural teeth remaining) has an effect on how often they are worn. To do this a short questionnaire of patients attending an NHS dental practice in Burgess Hill called Dentalessence (aka 'Sachin Anand & Associates'), has been planned. Participants will be invited to taken part in the survey by the patients treating dentist, as and when they attend the practice and if they consent they will be given a short questionnaire to fill out which asks them about their denture wearing habits.
