    This project was developed following observations from patients and their families and from healthcare professionals (HCPs) who work with children and young people with complex needs, about the challenges of medicine management. Parents/carers and HCP prescribers will be interviewed to understand the impact of polypharmacy on families, children and young people living with complex conditions; and to identify their support needs.
