    Ascertain whether an operation for oesophageal (gullet) cancer using a completely keyhole approach (completely minimally invasive oesophagectomy) has similar or better cancer survival rates and complication rates to a hybrid approach using a combination of keyhole in the abdomen and a large surgical cut in the chest part of the procedure (hybrid oesophagectomy).
