  This study aims to use two contrasting case studies to explore which aspects of community palliative rehabilitation contribute to successful service delivery and enhanced patient care. The case studies will use mixed methods including surveys to healthcare professionals, documentary analysis, and interview to understand two models of care in-depth and which aspects are beneficial from a patient, caregiver, clinician, and service manager perspective.
