• Data collection arrangements

  Written informed consents will collected by members of the clinical team (medical or allied healthcare professional suitably trained in Good Clinical Practice of research) and stored within the Clinical Trials Facility of the Trust at the St Mary's Campus.
  Samples stored will be within the research facilties in the Wright-Fleming building at St Mary's hospital.
  Samples will be stored using a unique identifier but without personal identifiable information.
  Related health and demographic data will be linked to the study code.

  The bank supports a range of work within the communicable disease group at St Mary's Campus, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This includes projects studying HIV, HTLV, syphilis, TB and viral hepatitis.
