Research summary
This is a comparative, pilot study, which seeks to assess safety of the CombiPod with standard of care (ice pack / heat therapy) within the context of intended use as an adjunctive therapy to relieve symptoms associated with musculoskeletal injuries. Safety will be assessed by reference to occurrence of adverse events, by an assessment of patient sensations (e.g., pain, heat and cold burn and comfort of
compression) during use in participants with musculoskeletal injuries associated with the ankle, lower limb, knee, thigh, elbow, forearm or shoulder when used in conjunction with standard physiotherapy care.REC name
