Research summary
Our research group is funded by the Medical Research Council of Great Britain to develop new methods to make cartilage for patients suffering from damaged or diseased joints. The major beneficiary of our research will be patients who have osteoarthritis but the methods we will develop can also help patients who have lost cartilage in their ears or noses due to trauma or disease.
