    The purpose of this research database is to collect information about patients with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) or Hereditary Neuropathies. This information will be used to answer research questions, to support the planning of potential new clinical trials in CMT disease in the future and to identify potential participants who may be eligible for these trials.
