Research summary
For this project, we propose to focus on the chronic illness of kidney disease. We will determine the networking needs of this health community through interviews with patients caregivers and clinicians, and then use the findings to build an online system to fit those needs, using rapid iteration and usability testing to design a website that increases the patients’ level of satisfaction and their ability to meet health goals.
