Research summary
We will obtain DNA or cells from CBSB (Cambridge Blood and Stem Cell Biobank). With the Cell material we will proceed with RNA extraction. DNA will be received in solution. Both DNA and RNA will be used for library generation. Both will be sequenced for validation of NGS panels currently being developed by OGT.
